Services & Pricing Guide
Consultation
Consultations are free and can be done in person, or virtually. This includes discussing information on services I offer, and what you are looking for birth wise.Â
If potential client lives over 30 minutes away, I ask that we meet somewhere halfway.
Birth Doula Package
My birth doula package includes two, hour long prenatal visits, labor and birth support, and two, hour long postpartum visits.
Our first visit we will make a birth plan and discuss your previous (if any), pregnancy/'s, and current pregnancy. Our second visit done around 36-38 weeks we will go over exercises to help encourage baby to get in the right position for birth. As well as practicing position and comfort measures for labor.
In labor and delivery I will provide you with continuous physical and emotional support. Along with educating you about what is happening with your body at that time.
Postpartum visits we will go over how you are doing physically, mentally, and spiritually. I can also do small chores around the house or help with baby.
Postpartum Doula Services
My postpartum doula services are offered 1-2 days a week for the first six weeks of the postpartum period.
Services are charged hourly.
My services include help with recovering mentally and physically, newborn soothing, coping skills, newborn education, postpartum education, as well as household chores, and meal prepping.
Additional Fees
Additional fees will be applied if client is 40 miles out of location range.
