About Me
I am a certified birth doula, and offer placenta encapsulation, placenta art, and cord keepsakes.

Prenatal Visits
Informative and Compassionate
I offer two prenatal visits. In the visit we will lay out your birth plan, your wants, and expectations. We will also go over the basics of labor and delivery. As well as getting to know one another.
The second visit will happen around 36-38 weeks. We will go over positions to help encourage baby to get in the right position, as well as practice positions for labor.

My job as a doula is to provide physical, and emotional support to you (and your partner too!) during the labor and delivery process. Guiding you to help choose the right positions, exercises, and comfort measures. As well as helping you to fulfill your birth plan as best as possible!

Postpartum Support
Here for You
I offer one postpartum visit that is included with my regular doula services.
Additional postpartum doula services are available as well at an hourly rate.
