About Me
I am a certified birth doula, and offer hourly postpartum doula services as well.
I have a passion for all things involving pregnancy and birth!
I am currently undergoing studies to be a birth educator, and bereavement doula.

Prenatal Visits
Informative and Compassionate
I offer two prenatal visits. In the visit we will lay out your birth plan, your wants, and expectations. We will also go over the basics of labor and delivery. As well as getting to know one another.
The second visit will happen around 36-38 weeks. We will go over positions to help encourage baby to get in the right position, as well as practice positions for labor.

My job as a doula is to provide physical, and emotional support to you (and your partner too!) during the labor and delivery process. Guiding you to help choose the right positions, exercises, and comfort measures. As well as helping you to fulfill your birth plan as best as possible!

I offer two postpartum visits that are included with my regular doula services.
